Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Provynx SMS website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Provynx SMS provides virtual SMS numbers and OTP verification tools that let you receive one-time passwords on temporary lines instead of your personal phone number.

By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use Provynx SMS. You may not use the Service if you have previously been suspended or removed for violating these Terms or applicable law.

To use Provynx SMS you must register with accurate account information, including a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at hello@provynx.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or show signs of compromise.

Provynx SMS is a pay-as-you-go platform for renting disposable virtual SMS numbers and receiving OTP codes in a live order dashboard. We offer US and global number inventory for verification flows on third-party apps, marketplaces, messaging platforms, and other services listed in our catalog.

Virtual numbers are temporary. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, active numbers remain available for a limited window (typically up to 20 minutes) after purchase. OTP delivery depends on upstream telecom partners and the third-party service sending the message. Provynx SMS does not control when or whether an external platform sends an OTP.

Provynx SMS uses a prepaid wallet model. You add credits through supported payment methods before placing orders. Prices are shown before checkout and may vary by country, operator, and target service.

Wallet debits occur when you place an order according to the displayed rate. Completed top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved by Provynx SMS support in cases of confirmed platform error or duplicate charge.

If an OTP does not arrive before your order expires, you may place a new order using a different route where available. Refunds or credits for unsuccessful verification attempts are handled at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless a billing error occurred on our side.

We may change pricing, packages, or available routes at any time. Changes apply to future orders and do not retroactively alter completed transactions.

You agree to use Provynx SMS only for lawful verification purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, telecom regulations, and third-party platform rules.

You may not use the Service to engage in or facilitate the following:

Provynx SMS is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, Google, or other third-party platforms that send OTP messages. You are solely responsible for complying with their terms when using a virtual number to verify an account.

OTP codes displayed in your dashboard are confidential. Do not share them publicly or with parties you do not trust. Provynx SMS is not responsible for losses arising from your misuse or disclosure of verification codes.

We strive to maintain reliable virtual SMS routing, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Inventory, countries, operators, and target services may change without notice. Maintenance, upstream outages, or regulatory actions may cause delays or failed deliveries.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that affect active users.

Provynx SMS and its logos, software, design, documentation, and content are owned by Provynx SMS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of information you submit, but grant Provynx SMS a limited license to host, process, and display that information as necessary to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Provynx SMS or our providers, or are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure by contacting hello@provynx.com. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, acceptable use restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Provynx SMS does not warrant that OTP codes will arrive within a specific time, that a particular third-party service will accept a virtual number, or that any verification attempt will succeed. You use virtual SMS numbers at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provynx SMS and its officers, employees, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Provynx SMS in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provynx SMS from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact hello@provynx.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Provynx SMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
