How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond to support emails within one business day. Include your account email and any relevant order IDs when reporting OTP or billing issues.

What should I include in a support request?

Your account email, a short description of the issue, and any order IDs or API request IDs. For API problems, note whether you are using live or test keys and the endpoint you called.

What if I don't receive an OTP code?

Wait a few minutes and check your order status in the dashboard. If no code arrives before expiry, try a different service or operator route. Contact us with the order ID if the issue continues.

Can I get help with wallet top-ups or refunds?

Yes. Email support with your account email, top-up amount, and payment reference. We review confirmed platform errors and duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis.
